As third-generation sausage makers, we’re passionate about filling all of the sausages we make with as many fruits and veggies as possible. Because we love plants, protein, and the environment, we were inspired to make a plant-based sausage for Vegans, Flexitarians, or anyone that’s simply looking to add more plants into their diet.

We know just how to season our plant-based sausages to give them the earthy, hearty taste you’ll love in all your meals!

At High Peaks, we believe in real food with integrity to ingredients. Our plant-based sausages are created using only whole food ingredients you’d find in your kitchen, like white beans, green and red bell peppers, basil, onions, and wild mushrooms. No nitrates. No preservatives. No meat.
